  I spent a year trying to get good service with Verizon in Chanute. All I got was a company that charged and did not care about me as a person. The phone was a joke, and the service was a joke as well. My company went out of business and forgot to let me know about it. So, I went to another Verizon in Chanute. Led me to believe they would help me. All they did was tell me my phone was defective and said, sorry, don't know what to tell you. I was in Iola today and stoped in the Verizon there. They sat with me and helped me threw everything on my new phone. They let me know I was not another number or money ticket. It was so awesome to feel like I was a person. They took as long as I needed to explain my phone to me and my options. Dave helped me and did not make me feel bad like I was wasting his time. Shena even helped. You want awesome responds, that is the place to go ! l highly recommend going to Verizon on State st Iola ! You will not be disappointed !! A big thank you goes to them ! I know will drive the extra mile for over the top service !!
